At some point of a hike, I like to make a tower of stones. It does of course require that there is stones somewhere one the way. I make these stone towers to express my gratitude, but also because the process, for me, is meditative. So if you ever visit one of the places I’ve been, you might see some of this stone art i build, if its still standing. You might even get inspired to make your own.
